The first iteration of my startup's landing page, Prairie Shields Technology LLC. This is our initial template. I built a simple request form that would allow users to submit their requests, which are then sorted and organized in a CRM, and our support team would then respond to them via email. Alternatives
Odoo was offering a lot of services that we might not need. Even though they were price friendly, I began building our own dashboard with our own CRM and am currently working on building our own ticketing system. Which would allow us to receive tickets and organize them in a dashboard that would allow us to manage our tickets and our database.

During the initial stages of the build, I was still trying to figure out how to leverage the Odoo API correctly. I was trying to figure out how to use the full capacity of their toolset; however, I ended up using their API to create a request form that would allow users to submit their requests, which are then sorted and organized in a CRM and database, and our support team would then respond to them with an offer via email and convert that ticket into an opportunity.
